DIY Room Spray, Roller Bottle, and Inhaler
You can make any one of the diffuser blends into a room spray, roller bottle, or inhaler.
Room Spray or Pillow Mist
In a 2-ounce spray bottle add the essential oils that are listed in the diffuser blend of your choice. Then add a tablespoon of witch hazel (this acts as a dispersant and will help to keep the essential oils in the water and prevent them from floating on top of the water). Shake the mixture and then top it off with water. Shake before each use. Use this spray within 3 to 6 months.
Roller Bottle
In a 10
Inhaler
First, you will need to grab a glass bowl and tweezers. In the glass bowl add twice the amount of essential oils that are listed in the diffuser blend of your choice. Put the cotton wick in the glass bowl and take your tweezers and roll it through the oil blend until it absorbs it all. Using the tweezers put the cotton wick in the tube, snap the cap on the bottom, and then twist the top on and you are all set to use the inhaler! As long as you keep the cap on tight after each use it should last for several weeks. These are great to have when you are not able to use your diffuser. Throw it in your purse, bag, or backpack and take it wherever you go.
The room spray/pillow spray will be at a dilution rate of about .5% and roller bottles will be diluted at 2 to 3% depending on the recipe. For more information refer to this dilution chart:
